JOB DETAILS:
Real Estate Administrative Assistant
Bluffton Based Real Estate Office is seeking for a Temp to Full time Real Estate Administrative Assistant. Candidate must possess a high energy personality and professional poise. Candidate must be computer savvy, with great background in managing the day to day operations, and administrative functions of a real estate office.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Market our listings and the company in websites, email campaigns and newspapers.
* Maintains and updates listings on the company's website.
* Input and maintain listings on the MLS.
* Keep weekly contact with the realtors.
* Developing & implementing systems for the agents who have buyers or sellers transactions to supply on time the office, the title company and the clients with all the copies necessary.
* Follow and manage each office transaction from start to closing.
* Maintain all filing systems.
* Serves as first point of contact in handling agent inquiries.
* General office duties like answering phones, scanning, typing, mailing , binding, power point presentations, filing, faxing, office equipment repairs, ordering supplies, and emailing.
* Cover front desk.
* Deal with confidential information.
* Maintain and distribute agents and vendors contact lists.
* Prepare work station with office supplies.
* Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00-5:00
To be considered for this position the ideal candidate must have the following:
* Minimum 3 years of stable work experience, preferably in the Real Estate Industry.
* Website design & search engine optimization a big plus!
* MLS experience.
* Proactive nature with in-dept ability to coordinate and effectively handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong MS Office skills including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Power Point, etc.
* Good verbal and communication skills to assist clients, vendors and agents in a professional manner.
* Professional appearance.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Must be proactive, not type to wait for someone to give them something to do.
* Excellent attendance.
* Able to work well with a variety of people and personalities.
* Must be able to establish priorities and follow through on them.
